SHIPPING NOT PROVIDED BY CANADA POST!
Shipping times
Items are typically prepared and packed for shipping within 1 business day. Most items ship in Canada within 2-10 business days and to the USA within 3-10 business days although all shipping times may vary due to seasonal volume as noted above. Please see international orders information below. All customers receive tracking numbers for their package so they can track the progress of their shipment.
If you are purchasing items for delivery outside of Canada, please note your package may be subject to customs fees when it arrives.
I am not responsible for transportation delays or incidents caused by USPS, Canada Post or other shipping services. I do not provide refunds or re-send packages that are lost in the mail, particularly those travelling outside of Canada or the USA.
$10 Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping OVER $100 in Canada and the continental US.
I offer $10 tracked flat rate shipping for all orders sent to the same destination in Canada and the continental US. Orders over $100 ship for free.
Upgrade your shipping for faster delivery
I am willing to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery and pass the additional cost on to you. Please get in touch with me and I'll provide an estimate on the cost and the estimated delivery date. I'm happy to ship using priority services we agree on and pass those costs along to you. To know the exact cost for priority shipping prior to purchasing an item, please contact Stainsby Studios and I'll provide you with an exact price including shipping.
International Shipping
I am happy to ship internationally. I use Canada Post and offer Xpresspost International, and Tracked Packet International - all options that include tracking. You can find compare these options on the Canada Post website here: compare international shipping if you click on the International tab at the top.
I can also offer discounted rates to the continental United States using USPS where the package is first transported to the US and then USPS is used to ship internationally. If you would like a shipping quote, please contact Stainsby Studios.
If shipping isn't available to your address, please contact me at info@stainsbystudios.com. While my online store estimates shipping costs using Canada Post, I can typically get a much cheaper rate on shipping your package. Every effort is made to obtain the cheapest tracked shipping rate and, if I can save you money, I will refund any overages. The price you see is the highest cost estimate for your parcel for the type of shipping you have selected. For international customers in the UK and the European Union please note that items shipped are Delivered at Place (DAP) also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller Stainsby Studios only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Local pickup in Toronto
For FREE contact-free local pickup, select local pickup in the Shipping options at check out to pick up your order at my Toronto studio located near Yonge & Eglinton. Your order is typically prepared for pickup within 24 hours or less.
