This handmade ceramic French butter dish holds 125 ml or a half cup of butter at room temperature and ready to spread. Just add water to the base to create a seal with the lid to help keep butter fresh at room temperature. The speckled white glaze makes a beautiful addition in minimalist kitchens, or a neutral accent for those who like to live boldly. This European butter keeper is handmade and each one is unique. I've named it Lucas. 2.75 inches tall and 4.25 inches wide.
