A couple of weeks after the pandemic began in March 2020, I determined we would need to celebrate Passover in our own home for the first time ever. And we needed our own Seder Plate! It came out of the kiln on the morning of the first Seder. We celebrated with our family online and it was sweet to celebrating apart but together. Following that experience, I decided to make one for Stainsby Studios.

This modern and unique Seder Plate was born from my labour of love. It's designed, made, and hand painted by me in celebration of the very special and ancient tradition of the Passover Seder. This Seder Plate makes a perfect wedding gift. It is also a modern and elegant addition to your Seder table. It is handmade in speckled stoneware clay, and hand painted and glazed in non-toxic, food-safe glazes. It is dishwasher and microwave safe. It is a seven piece set: one large platter and six bowls, one for each item on the traditional Seder Plate.
